The insight not only helped to shape our Local Transport Plan further (in that we lifted and shifted the recast goals into our revised plan), but it also brought out useful insight around terminology use which we shared in a lunch and learn session with colleagues in the wider directorate (many reporting this to be helpful and useful for their work).
